Hello to you all I hope you are all doing well. Currently in Japan, max is 25 Celsius or 77 Fahrenheit and the sun is out. Spring is officially here and the temperature is getting hot. Here in Japan, we are having Hanami (Cherry Blossom Viewing), and it got me thinking of Matsuris (or festivals). Staples of matsuris here in Japan are okonimiyaki, karage, yakisoba and takoyaki.
