A small glimpse into what we do.

Good day everyone! With corona virus now hitting Japan, we are trying our best to pick up the slack and do whatever it is in our power to overcome this disease and provide the best service possible during these difficult times. I pray that everyone reading this is doing well. With this blog post, I want to provide a little insight into groundbreaking ceremonies in Japan. If you ever traveled Japanese suburbs, you might have come across a tent surrounded by red and white cloth with four bamboo poles sticking out at the corners of it in an otherwise empty space between buildings. That is the tent meant for a […]

An insight into ribbon-cutting ceremonies.

Hello there everyone! It’s been a while since I posted something, so it’s nigh time I did! I hope you’re doing well in these difficult times, risking your health each and every day with that pandemic outside. With travel abroad mostly if not completely closed down, all of us have to maintain social distance, take necessary precautions when commuting to and from work and be generally aware of the people around you. But no matter the circumstance, work continues for us here at Event21. With this post, I wanted to stress the significance of ribbon-cutting ceremonies in Japan. As with every ribbon cutting ceremony anywhere in the world, the significance […]

Building something? Double check the electrics!

Good day everyone! We sincerely hope that you are staying healthy and staying home, since the pandemic outside doesn’t seem to slow down. With everything non-essential being getting closed down, here at the company we are feeling the consequences of most major spring events being cancelled or postponed. That, combined with the fact that a few major cities in Japan are in a state of emergency, streets are getting emptier every day. However, construction is considered an essential activity, even in a time like this, therefore most if not all construction sites are still open. And an essential part of any construction work is getting electricity set up. However, sometimes […]

Another tour of ceremonies in Japan!

Good day everyone! This is Max again. I haven’t posted for a while so, time to give you all a few updates. Most of the world has stopped completely due to the virus outbreak, so any mass meetings is not an option. However, here with Event21 in Japan, things are moving as usual, though we do feel the consequences of the Olympics getting postponed and a few cancelled events around Japan. However, this time as a warehouse member, I went with a few other members to deconstruct a stage for a company entrance ceremony in Osaka. Everything, from supports and red carpet to signposts and even screws was sourced from […]

A season draws to a close.

And another one begins. Good day everyone. This is Max again. With most of the countries now under quarantine, we do pray for everyones wellbeing. With the ending of the season, the company held a Management policy presentation. This is the 6th time it is being held and a first for me. Needless to say, with so many unfamiliar faces and so much at stake, everyone involved was a little on edge. As we are an event organising company, this is a perfect example of what exactly do we do.  As we ourselves were the hosts, most of the equipment used here was sourced by our branches in Osaka, Nara, […]

A season of graduation ceremonies.

Good day everyone, This is Max. Hope you’re staying safe, especially in light of current news, with that pandemic going around. Even in the country I come from (Lithuania) there are several people, who caught the virus. Once again, every member of our company is praying for everyone’s safety and health. On a more lighter note, yesterday and today there were a lot of graduation ceremonies around Japan. As warehouse members we were tasked with the delivery of a few items necessary for the graduation ceremony in a local middle school. While it’s spring already, mornings and evenings are still rather cold, so in order to keep everyone warm, we […]
