Looking for a Teppan-Yaki for Your Event, Matsuri or YouTube Video? Look no Further!!!

Greetings to you all!

I hope everyone is having a good day.

With COVID-19 still around, I, like many others, have been working from home.

Working from home does have it’s advantages and disadvantages.

One of the great advantages working from home is that you save time commuting to and from work.

This gives you more time to rest or work on your hobbies.

I for one, like cooking, so I have had more time to cook.

I do like to focus on a specific countries food or food type when I cook.

This time I have been trying to cook Japanese food more.

With Matsuri season here, I thought on focusing on cooking matsuri food.

And what better thing to use to cook than a Teppan-yaki!!!

If you were like me, you probably heard the word before, or thought it was the name of a dish.

However, the word Teppan-yaki (てっぱんやき) translates to Iron Plate Cooking!

You may have also been to a Teppan-yaki restaurant where the cook does some sort of show by hitting the plate and adding sauce and spices.

However, here in Japan, they don’t do that at all, they just cook normally.

Here at Event21, you can rent your own Teppan-yaki!

If you are having a get-together at home, having a company BBQ or even seting up your own booth at a festival, these Teppan-yakis are for you.

I have also seen quite a number of YouTube videos with Teppan-yakis.

Whether they are cooking videos, videos having a home party or introducing Japanese culture, these can be a great help.

A recent genre of YouTube that has been gaining popularity is the MUKBANG genre.

It is basically about YouTubers eating lots of food and talking.

But why just eat, when you can cook as well.

You can cook Japanese food like Yakisoba, Okonomiyaki and Fried Rice etc.

These Teppan-yakis are not limited to Japanese food, you can cook a variety of other countries food such as Mexican food.

You can make real Mexican tacos, quesadillas or sopes.

So, please give these Teppan-yakis a look!
