Do you know word called “Ani-pa”?
No? How about “Anniversary” and “Company”?
I’m sure you know that!
This word was making by Event21 and also using in our company.
We have a ceremony called “Ani-pa” to celebrates to employees when they entered in company from first year, second year and continue in every year.
Why we do this?
Because all employees are important to company and the company also want us to know. We will get a little gift that define our working year.
For me, I think this ceremony is really unique even in Japan. I have never been hear that the other companies has any ceremony like this. It’s Event21’s culture!
