Getting to know more about Japan through Event!

Hello, This is Pim from Event21 Nara headquarter. Continues to “Company Welcome Ceremony” in Japan. But this time is not Event21’s welcome ceremony. It’s our customer.
Last week, Me, T-san from Team K, Sales department in Nara headquarter and Production team section chief, T-san were heading to Japan famous tea brand factory in Amasaki, Hyogo prefecture. Usually I have ever been in Event21 welcom ceremony only. So I don’t know how it different from the others. Even I was not in ceremony. but I was going to set up. So I understand more about products and know more about Japanese ceremony.
So I would like to share knowledge that I have got from this time to everyone!

1.Red and white curtain

We call “Kouhaku-maku” in Japanese and usually seen in many event in Japan.

2.Title sinage

This is “must have” item for ceremony. It will be set up at be the back of stage and we also have sinage called “Shiki-shidai” or event program signage.

3.Stage

If it already any stage at the venue, you can use that stage also. but if not, We could build the stage also!

4.MC stand

One of important item is MC stand. This item will help your event be formal.

5.Flower vase and stand

Use flower vase to make ceremony more beautiful and formal. just put it at side on stage.

6.Golden Folding Background

Another item that should have on stage for welcome ceremony in Japan is golden folding background. You may have ever seen this background in Japanese period drama before. Ceremony in Japan even it look simple, but it so many details. If you need any  helps or would like to plan any events in Japan, please feel free to contact me!
