Here is what a typical work day at Event21 is like for those in the IE division!

8:45 AM – Morning assembly

The typical work day starts at 8:45 AM with a morning assembly.
All employees are expected to arrive at the office by this time to participate in the morning assembly.

9:00 AM – Work starts

After the morning assembly, work starts at 9:00 AM.
Sometimes when we are busy, the morning assembly is cut short and work starts earlier.

For IE division members, we mainly attend to overseas customers, write blogs, update the company”s Facebook and Instagram and translate the website.

12:00 PM – Lunch

Everyone goes for a one hour lunch break at 12:00 PM.

1:00 PM – Back to work

Lunch break is over at 1:00PM and everyone goes back to work.

IE division members continue with their unfinished work from the morning.

5:45 PM – Official dismissal time

5:45 PM is the official dismissal time at Event21, and one is free to leave the office after this time.
However, on average employees are expected to work 2 hours of overtime a day, so we very rarely leave the office at this time.
Most employees usually leave the office between 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
