But there are some differences between jichinsai in Japan and China. We recently held our internal company event, the summer convention.           Almost all members of the company gathered for the summer convention, where we had many presentations. For example, the new batch of fresh recruits presented on their 3-month goal, the committees presented on their various activities, and the status of the company as a whole.
