I hope you are all doing well.
Currently in Japan, max is 25 Celsius or 77 Fahrenheit and the sun is out.
Spring is officially here and the temperature is getting hot.
Here in Japan, we are having Hanami (Cherry Blossom Viewing), and it got me thinking of Matsuris (or festivals).
Staples of matsuris here in Japan are okonimiyaki, karage, yakisoba and takoyaki.
Of course there are others, but these are the main ones.
And you can’t have all these great foods without a Teppanyaki Machine or a flat grill.
Here in Japan, they are mainly used for cooking okonomiyaki, yakisoba, monjyayaki and meat just to name a few things.
But they can be used to cook any food from any country.
You can cook tortillas, crepes, pancakes, different meats and much more!
Are you having a little stand at a festival, then this is for you!
