We recently held our internal company event, the summer convention.
Almost all members of the company gathered for the summer convention, where we had many presentations. For example, the new batch of fresh recruits presented on their 3-month goal, the committees presented on their various activities, and the status of the company as a whole.
Apart from the presentations, outstanding employees and branches were rewarded for their efforts with prizes. There were also many opportunities to chat with others in the company. Lastly, we got to eat free food!
Internal company events allow us to get to know what others think, what their work is like, and what goals they have for the future. We can encourage one another and work even harder!
The next similar event will be held half a year later in winter!
