Greetings again (^o^)/♪ Winter is coming to an end and the weather is getting warmer. Those of us who like warmer weather have a reason to celebrate! Not to mention warmer weather means festivals and events! Many festivals an events are held in Japan from Spring to Fall. We all tend to buy and eat at the festivals and events. But one thing that we don’t like is having to deal with garbage. Much less walking down a street littered with garbage.
