Hi everyone,
I believe most of you have already read the blog written by max which is about the management policy presentation. However, I don’t think you guys know about the welcoming ceremony that was also a part of the presentation.
On that day, we have prepared a huge ceremony in order to give a warm welcome to the fresh graduate decided to work in our company.
All “Senpai” in different branches have written their expectation and the hope towards the fresh graduates. As you can see in the photo, they are giving their hand-prints to show the acknowledgement and the will to live up to those expectation.
What a lovely scenery it is!! Its always touching when you see the passing of a generation. We have took responsibility from our past generation and when we grow, we pass it to the next.
“本気本音”, our new core value. Meaning “open our heart, keeping the thought of helping others, and then care about their surrounding”.
We will always live up to our core values and do whatever we can to create more happy! in the world. And we hope the fresh graduate will do the same thing as us.
I want to talk more but looks like is time already.
