Job scope
As a foreigner working in Event21, your main duty will be to handle the company’s foreign clients.
Apart from that, members of the IE division are expected to translate the company’s websites, write blogs, and update the company’s social media.
Of course, you are also expected to help out in many other ad-hoc jobs.
Working environment
Japan has one of the longest working hours in the world, and Event21 is no different.
The standard workings hours is from 8:45am to 5:45pm, and you will be given a 1 hour lunch break.
After the normal office hours, Event21 employees are expected to work an average of 2 overtime hours a day (41~43 hours per month).
You will also have to work on weekends and work a late shift (11:30am to 8:30pm).
