In this edition, we will explore the various types of F&B you can cater at your party.

1) Full-Course Meal

Many party venues in Japan provide the option of a full-course meal.

A full course meal is more feasible for parties where guests are seated at a table.
It also allows attendees to fully relax and enjoy the meal.

Of course, compared to other options, it is a little more expensive.
It is usually possible to change the number of courses based on your budget for the party.

2) Buffet

Buffets are usually a more viable option for parties with a large number of attendees.

There are 2 possible styles when catering a buffet – standing and seated.
In the seated style, attendees pick out their food from the buffet table and then return to their seats, while for the standing style they stand while eating.

A standing buffet is especially recommended for networking sessions as it allows attendees to freely mingle with one another.

3) Light Snacks & Drinks

If your attendees are not so hungry, light refreshments may be a better option.

They can be catered buffet-style too!

4) Drink Bar

Some venues may offer the option of a drink bar. It may or may not include alcohol, and is suitable for both business and casual parties.
