Greeting to you all. I hope you are all doing well. As I continue this series of blogs about celebrations, I though I would introduce a more traditional Japanese event. Some of you may know about this item or event, but it involved opening a barrel of sake. The more traditional one is actually using a heavy hammer to burst open the top of a barrel of sake.
